MELODY DREAMS OF BECOMING A LEGO DESIGNER AND NEEDS BRICKS

Melody dreams of becoming a Lego Designer. She has made some of her own builds. But gets frustrated because she does not have the right coloured bricks. I came up with an idea for Melody to earn money. Because she really wants to enter Lego Ideas with some of her Lego designs. At the moment Melody is having to take her beloved Lego sets apart to build something new. This greatly upsets her, as she likes to collect different sets, and put them on display.

When I sent the American Film Director a recording of Melody singing "You Lost me." He was overwhelmed, and sent me a link for Melody to audition for Britain's Got Talent. He said, Melody deserved the same success as Susan Boyle. Sadly, even though ITV sent me a direct link to send to the show. Melody did not get in. Funny how singers and acts can get in from other Countries, yet Melody cannot even get an audition. And strange how bad acts get on the show, when many talented people are turned away. Sure, there are some amazing acts. But it does make me cringe when good acts are not even given a chance. But that is the UK for you. That is why we love AMERICA. They really support CHILDREN, FAMILY VALUES AND TALENTED PEOPLE!

Melody, first off I hope you asthma is much better. I too suffer from moderate to sever asthma. Your breathing sounds much better on this clip. I am not sure if this is your mother's channel or yours. You really need your own but have an adult monitor it. You also need a your own website or at the very least a Facebook fan page. I love the art work you put together for this video. However, when making music videos it would be wonderful to see your face some how incorporated into the video with a fade from a side by side to a full screen of the animation. Maybe costume yourself up as one of your anime characters. Or perhaps maybe singing to your anime characters. But somehow get your face on the screen even if it's only for a second You have a beautiful voice and have had since you were very young. Great pitch, beautiful vibrato. Voice lessons and how to care for you voice are great benefits. You need to work on branding yourself. If you wish to brand yourself as an artist that's great make more videos like this but introduce yourself within less than 10 seconds before the video. Look into the camera a say something like "Hi YouTube. I'm Melody, welcome to my channel. This is my new song." Give the title. "I hope you enjoy it". After the video thank your audience for watching. Ask them to share and subscribe. As a talent agent from the states I think you have so much potential. Not sure what Simon Cowell would say but his opinion only counts on Idol. Which in the states is no longer exists . I guess that means neither should his opinion. Lol. JK. Start building your following now while your young. As for banding, make sure the way you write/type your name is always the same. Make yourself a mark or logo that's unique to you so that when people see it they know it's you no matter what social media site your on. Another great idea for you, since you love drawing, is to make an animated series on your YouTube channel. Have each segment be 5 to 10 minutes long. Write a theme song for it. Have your friends help you with the character voices. Get yourself a talent agent if you don't already have one. I hope I will see big things come of you in my lifetime but do it soon. I don't how much longer I have. JK. I probably shouldn't joke like that. If you don't already have an agent or want more advice have a parent PM me . One other thing, always, always exercise internet safety. I will definitely share your channel and your work with my friends and colleagues here in the states. Melody, our 14 year old loves to shop and buy things. She is always coming up with ideas on how to earn money. Paper round does not interest her. But she was interested in dog walking. Currently she is meant to be helping me out at home with the washing up to earn pocket money. It is a bit hit and miss, LOL! But with some luck I will get her into a routine. After all I used to wash up for 50p. And my sister got paid £1 to watch me, LOL. I would do anything to help my dear old Mum. She has been ill my entire life. I love her so very much.

She used the above Lego pieces from the Lego Interceptor KIT to create her own spaceship build. Melody has written a script for her Lego Star Wars animation. And will be using her own build as part of the props.

Rachel Renee Russell supports children like Melody, who are homeschooled, because of bullying! I feel so proud that author, Rachel Renee Russell, gave me, Melody's Mummy (Sharon J. Bainbridge) THE BEST MUM OF THE YEAR AWARD! Why? Because Rachel is impressed that her Dork Diary books have helped Melody to love reading. Melody hated reading in state school. As you can see from Rachel Renee Russell's email, she thinks it is really creative of me to use her books to help with Melody's grammar. Basically, I have been writing/typing out sentences from her Dork Diary books, deleting the capital letters, commas etc. And Melody has been correcting them. This has really helped her English.

I CANNOT BELIEVE RACHEL RENEE RUSSELL SENT A SIGNED BOOK TO MY DAUGHTER, MELODY FOR HER BIRTHDAY. AND WROTE "FAVOURITE FAN!"

Legolas baby bunny rabbit needs a good home. Bunnies love company, so buy Legolas and get one baby bunny free. Bunnies love to snuggle up and go to sleep! We were going to give these baby bunnies away to a good home. But the Pet Shop and friends warned us against it. Apparently, you get some people that will take these bunnies and sell them for meat and fur. Not the sort of ending we want for our wee pet baby bunnies.

SWAP / TRADE TOYS FOR LEGO

Melody wants to swap/trade toys, for Lego bricks. If you can help, please get in contact. We will shortly be adding pictures of toys she wishes to swap/trade for Lego pieces.

Melody is a huge Lego Fan, and wants to create child and family friendly songs and films.

I have recently invested in a professional stop motion animation program for my daughter. Melody would like to perfect her animations and really study Stop motion filming. Here is an example of one of her old lego films, which she hopes to remake.

She is currently working on building the set for Lego Doctor Who. But needs more bricks. Melody hates all the kissing in children's programmes and wants to create something special, especially for children. Hopefully she can get these bricks by swapping/trading toys. And would love to work with other children on some of her projects. Your never too old for Lego, so I am sure parents would enjoy working with us too.

The thing I love about Lego, is that the whole family can get involved. Last year was our best Christmas ever. It was lovely to see my daughter building her Lego kits with Daddy. I am looking to start up a band and wondered if any children would be interested? In January I had my own radio show, but sadly the host let us down. We only did three shows. My Mum always says how lucky she is to have a Mother and Father and thinks about children
who are not so lucky. We wrote this song as a family. Don't drink and drive. Mum said this song reminds her of her poor Nan in state care as a child orphan. Family is so important!

LEGO EVENT 5TH APRIL 2014

BUDDY FRUIT VITAMIN BOOSTER DRINK

LEGO ROCKET (6454) TUTORIAL

Mummy brought this Lego rocket for me. She is going to use it as well in a video for a song I recorded for my friend Jay Jay, who is not allowed to play with Lego. He is only 12 years old. He really misses his Grandmother Voo Voo.

The rocket came with no instructions, as it is an old piece. Mummy contacted Lego. And they gave her this link.

You can listen to the Voo Voo song on my Never too old for Lego Radio Show. Mike from Howleys recorded some Lego News for us, which in on our 3rd live show. He loved my Lego songs and so does Lego. So much so they sent me an amazing present from their new Lego Movie, which I cannot wait to see again. I hope Mike from Howleys will continue to send us Lego News and we will add it to our videos.
